The 2-Day Itinerary

Day 01

Arrival & The Flamingo Shores

Early departure from Nairobi, driving through the dramatic Escarpment with a stop for photos. Enter the park in time for a mid-morning game drive. After lunch at a luxury lodge overlooking the lake, embark on an afternoon drive. Visit the lakeshore to see flamingos and pelicans, then track the rare Rothschild’s giraffes and both White and Black rhinos. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 02

Baboon Cliff & Makalia Falls

An early start for the best birding activity. Drive up to Baboon Cliff for a panoramic view of the entire lake—one of the most photographed spots in Kenya. Visit the Makalia Falls at the southern end of the park. After a final game drive and a sumptuous lunch, depart the park and begin the scenic drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the early evening.
